Het geheel begeleid met naan.<\/p>\n<p>Die grote wok, of eigenlijk wadjang, zet ik in een verbogen onderstel van een vuurkorf. De poten heb ik naar buiten gebogen en daardoor heb precies drie mooie hangijzers die aan de kettingen van driepoot gehaakt kunnen worden. Een ideaal systeem waardoor ik ook met mijn wadjang de hoogte boven mijn vuur onder controle heb. Dit kan door hem aan de centrale ketting te hangen met katrol, maar dan kan hij draaien.
